One of our coaches will facilitate the development of twenty solutions to your biggest business problem.  You will leave with at least six concrete and viable actions to use toward solving that problem.  Three hours.

The Bus Tour
An employee workshop

This workshop will leave your employees motivated to be productive and satisfied enough to stick around.  A six-hour session is available for up to twenty-five people.  Consider combining people from other organizations to form a larger group.

Additional fee for a workshop help on multiple days.  The client is responsible for providing the workshop space.

Jet Setting
Too much to do; too little time

Learn to determine what is really important so that you can put your focus there.  Create a system for prioritizing your workload, learn to delegate and enroll partners to accomplish your goals.  Get off the hamster wheel and spend more time dreaming, planning and building.  Three hours.
